Artistic Swimming Lessons
- Participants must be able to swim 25m front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke
- Swim to music
- Learn new skills such as eggbeater, sculling, figures and choreographing a routine
- Dive & jump into hoops
- Swim with bottles to achieve lifting your legs out of the water
- Achieve Artistic swimming stages 8, 9 & 10
- Alongside the Artistic swimming stages we work towards the routine grades 1 - 4
- There will be opportunity to swim in displays at ABC Gala's
Awards
- LTSP Artistic swimming stages 8, 9 & 10
- Routine Artistic swimming grades 1 - 4
Certificate will be given as complimentary to children when they achieve the awards
